12 nanosheets were firstly prepared by hydrothermal method and then the Ag/AgBr/Bi
4Ti
3O
12 nanosheet composite photocatalysts were obtained through the precipitation process combined with photoreduction method.Its structure was investigated by SEM,TEM,XRD,DRS.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of carbamazepine (CBZ).The results showed that the thickness of the Bi
4Ti
3O
12 nanosheets is less than 50 nm with the length less than 500 nm.The particle size of the Ag/AgBr nanoparticles is less than 20 nm.The visible light induced photocatalytic efficiency for CBZ degradation was greatly enhanced,which may be due to the obviously inhibition of the photo-generated electron and hole due to the combination of Ag/AgBr nanoparticles.The photo-generated h
+ was found to be the mainly active species in the CBZ photocatalytic reaction.
