Abstract:
Aimed to improve the economic efficiency of wheat stalk and get high value-added chemicals,bio-oil,prepared from the liquefaction of wheat stalk in supercritical ethanol at 280℃,was first extracted by benzene. The benzene-soluble fraction was extracted by ether before and after acid-base neutralization. The residues were future separated by column chromatography. All the separated fractions were analyzed by GC/MS.Results showed that hydroxy-ketones and phenolic compounds were effectively separated by the extraction of ether, and the residues composition was much more complex.Through the separation of column chromatography, components such as C
8~C
30 alkanes, naphthalene and its derivatives, and alkyl cyclopentenones were enriched and separated. What's more, nitrogen compounds were also enriched and detected by GC/MS,which was helpful to full the composition information of bio-oil.
