河南香稻品种主要代谢物质的检测与分析

Detection and Analysis of the Main Metabolites in Aromatic Rice Varieties from Henan

  • 摘要: 以河南香稻品种为试验材料,采用改进的气相色谱质谱联用(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer,GC-MS)技术,检测并分析了16种河南香稻及非香水稻品种籽粒中主要的代谢物质.结果表明:改进的气相色谱质谱联用技术能够较好地检测水稻籽粒中的主要代谢物质;在供试香稻品种籽粒中,发现15种相同的主要代谢物质,它们在不同的河南香稻品种中含量存在一定的差异.进一步分析发现,在供试河南香稻品种籽粒中所特有的主要代谢物质共有5种,分别是环戊硅氧烷(Cyclopentasiloxane)、环己硅氧烷(Cyclohexasiloxane)、环氧乙烷(Oxirane)、十二烷(Dodecane)和苯酚(Phenol),它们可能参与香稻的抗病反应过程.

     

    Abstract: The valuable aromatic rice varieties in Henan were used as experimental materials,the main metabolic substances in the grains of 16 rice varieties (aromatic and non-aromatic rice) were detected and analyzed by the improved gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) technology.The results showed that the improved GC-MS technology could be used to detect the main metabolic substances in rice grains.Fifteen kinds of main metabolites were detected in the grains of the tested aromatic rice varieties,and their contents were varied in the different aromatic rice varieties in Henan province.Furthermore,it was found that there were 5 kinds of common metabolites in the grain of aromatic rice varieties in Henan province,including cyclopentasiloxane,oxirane,cyclohexasiloxane,dodecane and phenol,which may be involved in the disease resistance of aromatic rice varieties.
