黄芩苷铬(Ⅲ)配合物稳定常数的测定

Determination of Stability Constants of Chromium(Ⅲ) Complex with Baicalin

  • 摘要: 采用pH电位滴定的方法,在恒温滴定体系中,用一定浓度的氢氧化钾溶液分别滴定黄芩苷溶液及其与铬离子的混合溶液,借助采集数据软件自动记录其反应过程中的电位变化,对溶液的pH值进行测定,用生成函数截距法计算出了黄芩苷-Cr (Ⅲ)配合物的逐级条件稳定常数:lg K1=8.36,lg K2=6.90,并计算出了黄芩苷-Cr (Ⅲ)配合物各物种在不同pH值条件下的分布.

     

    Abstract: Baicalin solution and the mixed solution of baicalin and chromium ions were titrated respectively by a certain concentration of potassium hydroxide solution in the constant temperature titration system, and the pH value of the solution was determined by the data acquisition software recording the reaction process. The stepwise conditional stability constants of Cr(Ⅲ)-complexes with baicalin were calculated by the method of generating function intercept:lgK1=8.36,lgK2=6.90, and the distributions of the complex species were calculated under different pH value.
