x)nanoparticles were prepared by a modified Pechini method with various pH and zirconium ions contents. BSTZ
x nanoparticles featured a high degree of crystallinity when zirconium ions contents were 0.03 through the analysis of phase structure. Based on the results, the phase structure, morphology, and particles size distribution of BSTZ0.03 nanoparticles with various pH values were analyzed by XRD, SEM and laser particle size analyzer, respectively. The results showed the optimum pH value of preparation BSTZ0.03 nanoparticles was 6.5, which possessed less agglomeration, narrower size distribution, and higher degree of crystallinity.
