The Influence of Various pH Values on the Structure of Ba0.92Sr0.08Ti1-xZrxO3 Nanoparticles by a Modified Pechini Method

  • 摘要: 通过对Pechini法改进,在不同pH和锆离子掺杂量下制备了Ba0.92Sr0.08Ti(1-xZrxO3x=0~0.12,BSTZx)纳米粉体.通过物相结构的表征得到在锆离子掺杂量为0.03时,BSTZx纳米粉体具有较高的结晶度.通过XRD、SEM和激光粒度仪分别表征不同pH下BSTZ0.03纳米粉体的物相结构、形貌和粒径分布.结果表明,pH为6.5时制备的BSTZ0.03纳米粉体粒不易团聚、粒径分布窄且结晶度高.

     

    Abstract: Ba0.92Sr0.08Ti(1-x)ZrxO3(x=0~0.12; BSTZx)nanoparticles were prepared by a modified Pechini method with various pH and zirconium ions contents. BSTZx nanoparticles featured a high degree of crystallinity when zirconium ions contents were 0.03 through the analysis of phase structure. Based on the results, the phase structure, morphology, and particles size distribution of BSTZ0.03 nanoparticles with various pH values were analyzed by XRD, SEM and laser particle size analyzer, respectively. The results showed the optimum pH value of preparation BSTZ0.03 nanoparticles was 6.5, which possessed less agglomeration, narrower size distribution, and higher degree of crystallinity.
