TiO2/全氟磺酸树脂杂化薄膜的低温制备及其光催化性能

Preparation and Photocatalyst of TiO2/Perfluorosulfonated Resin Hybrid Films at Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 采用低温水热法制备了TiO2/PSR (Perfluorosulfonated Resin,全氟磺酸树脂)复合型纳米杂化薄膜,并采用XRD、AFM和FT-IR等测试方法对该薄膜的晶型、粒径、表面形态进行表征,结合TiO2与PSR两相间协同作用,对杂化薄膜的性能进行了分析.在此基础上,通过降解甲基橙溶液评价了TiO2/PSR杂化薄膜的光催化活性及其影响因素.结果表明:采用低温水热法制备的TiO2/PSR杂化薄膜晶型由无定型转变锐钛矿;同时,PSR中的-SO3H与Ti-OH存在化学键和氢键的作用有利于体系的稳定共存以及光催化活性的提高.

     

    Abstract: TiO2/Perfluorosulfonated Resin(PSR) hybrid films were prepared at low-temperature by steam-hydrothermal treatment. Their crystal structure, surface morphology and structure were characterized by XRD, AFM and FT-IR,respectively, and the effects of PSR and TiO2 in the film on their performance after hydrothermal treatment were analyzed. The valuations of photocatalytic activities of thin films were carried out by degradation of methyl orange in water solution under UV irradiation. The results showed that the hybrid films prepared at low temperature with steam-hydrothermal treatment had high reactivity for degradation of methyl orange and the addition of PSR could significantly increase the photocatalytic reactivity.
