Abstract:
The diphenylamine sulfonate was used to prepare the stable graphene water dispersion, which was incorporated into the WPU to form the graphene/WPU composites. The results showed that the hardness, high-thermal stability, water, acid and alkali resistance of the films gradually increased and the surface electrical resistivity decreased with the increasing contents of graphene. In comparison with pure WPU material,the composite coatings' surface electrical resistivity decreased from 8.64×10

8 Ω, the tensile strength improved from13.71 MPa to 17.32 MPa,the water absorption rate decreased from 10.33% to 3.87%,the acid absorption ratio decreased from 8.68% to 2.93%, alkali absorption ratio decreased from 9.36% to 3.84%, shore A hardness increased by 6.29%,and the carbonization temperature increased by 65℃.
