摘要: 研究了三相感应电机矢量控制系统中的速度估计部分,引入了BP神经网络进行预测控制.在分析其数学模型之后,针对神经网络输入与输出频率存在的不匹配情况,通过改进BP神经网络解决黑箱问题时的输入参数,使用启发式算法对网络的输入参数进行预处理,取代了以电机定子电压电流参数作为训练输入的方法.仿真研究表明,该改进方法具有良好的跟踪性能与静动态性能,且具有更小的超调量.Abstract: The BP neural network was used to predict the speed in the three-phase induction motor vector control system. The training method of BP neural network was improved,the input parameters of motor's stator voltage and current were replaced after analyzing its mathematical model. A new heuristic algorithm was proposed to preprocess the input parameters due to the mismatch between the input and output frequencies of the neural network. Simulation results showed that the improved method had a good tracking performance and static & dynamic performance with a smaller overshoot.
