Studies on Two Class-age-structured HIV/AIDS Models with Continuous and Impulsive Drug-treatment Strategies

摘要: 研究了两类带有控制感染者的HIV/AIDS模型.对于带有连续疾病控制策略的HIV/AIDS模型,利用库恩-塔克(Kuhn-Tucker)条件讨论了最佳治疗策略.对于带有脉冲控制策略的HIV/AIDS模型,证明了当脉冲周期T和药物治疗比例p满足条件R0(p,T)<1时,HIV感染者将得到彻底根除.Abstract: Two HIV/AIDS models with continuous infection-control policy and impulsive infection-control policy were investigated. The optimal policy of the model with continuous disease-control policy was discussed by the Kuhn-Tucker conditions. For the model with impulsive disease-control strategy, the eradication condition of HIV/AIDS were obtained, in which the impulsive period T and the drug-treatment proportion p satisfy R0(p,T)<1.
