两种温度处理下铜绿微囊藻对Cr6+的耐受与吸附特性研究

Study on the Endurance Effect and Sorption Characteristic of Microcystis aeruginosa on Cr6+ at Two Temperatures

  • 摘要: 在20℃和30℃两个温度条件下研究了铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)对Cr6+的耐受性和吸附率.结果表明:随着Cr6+质量浓度的增加,24 h后其对铜绿微囊藻的生长速率及叶绿素a的生物合成抑制作用增强,而胞外多糖的生物合成显著地增加.30℃时胞外多糖的生物合成量显著高于20℃胞外多糖含量(P <0.05).Cr6+质量浓度增加至0.6 mg/L时,铜绿微囊藻对Cr6+吸附率最大,20℃和30℃时分别达到84.7%和98.3%.Cr6+质量浓度为9.0 mg/L时,单位藻生物量对Cr6+的吸附量达到最大,20℃和30℃时最大吸附量分别为39.3 g/g、58.6 g/g.

     

    Abstract: The present study investigated the tolerance of Microcystis aeruginosa PCC7806 (Ma 7806) to Cr6+ at 20℃ and 30℃, and measured the removal efficiency of Cr6+ by Ma 7806. The results showed that with increasing the concentration of Cr6+, the inhibition on the growth rate and chlorophyll a (Chl a) biosynthesis of Ma 7806 became stronger, but the biosynthesis of extracellular polysaccharide significantly increased. The biological synthesis content of extracellular polysaccharide at 30℃ was significantly more than that at 20℃ (P <0.05). The removal efficiency of Cr6+ by Ma 7806 reached the maximum when the concentration of Cr6+ reached 0.6 mg/L, namely 84.7% at 20℃, 98.3% at 30℃, respectively. The adsorption capacity of Cr6+ by Ma 7806 reached the maximum when the concentration of Cr6+ reached 9.0 mg/L, and the maximum adsorption capacity were 39.3 g/g at 20℃, 58.6 g/g at 30℃, respectively.
