Abstract: A kind of epidemic SEIRS model with infections in latent period and infective period and impulsive vaccination was studied, the standard incidence and the vertical transmission were considered in the model. The existence and the global stability of the disease-free equilibriums were discussed, the influence of the latent period and infected period on the epidemic was exposed.
