Abstract: As perennial plant,tea has formed varied endophytic microbes with different functions during the long term natural selection and ecological evolution. The endophytic microbes of tea in different growth stage showed varied population, distribution, constitution, and many important biological functions. The endophytic microbes play an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases, promoting growth, the degradation of organic pesticides, promote flavor formation, and improving Al³⁺ poison resistance, etc.
