摘要: 采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚氨酯(PU)/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)复合材料,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、偏光显微镜和降解性能测试对其结构和性质进行了表征分析.结果表明:PU和PVP在基体PLA中可均匀分散且有效结合,该复合材料的拉伸强度可达69.18 MPa,断裂伸长率可提高1倍.降解实验表明,复合材料在不同介质中均呈现出随降解时间的延长,质量不断降低的趋势.Abstract: Polylactic acid/polyurethane/polyvinyl pyrrolidone composite material was prepared by melt blending method. The samples' structure and property were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, SEM, polarized light microscopy and degradation performance test. The results showed that PU and PVC could be uniformly dispersed and effectively incorporated in the matrix PLA. The tensile strength of the composite was up to 69.18 MPa, and the elongation at break was increased 100%.
