Abstract: With the development of the new industry pattern of modern agriculture based on "Internet+",the problems in arrangement system, industrial chain link, infrastructure, technical manpower, financing channel, electricity sales and regulatory approaches have emerged. In order to promote the development of this new industry pattern, the following measures should be taken:top-level design should be made to guide collaborative development; the "broadband China strategy" should be implied to speed up infrastructure construction; the action plan of cultivating new farmers should be carried out to improve the quality of rural composite technology talents; internet banking platforms should be built to broaden the financing channels; modern agricultural sales models and regulatory measures also should be innovated.
