2 was synthesized by chemical precipitation in aqueous solution at room temperature. An electrochemical sensor was developed for dopamine determination based on manganese phosphate-Au nanoparticles composites modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE). The electrochemical behaviors of the sensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The results indicated that the sensor possessed a linear range of 0.5~120 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.05 μmol/L. In addition, the fabricated electrode exhibited high sensitivity, good anti-interference ability and stability.
