基于夜间灯光数据的武汉市建设用地扩张规律研究

Study on Wuhan Construction Land Expansion Using Night-time Light Data

  • 摘要: 选取 1997 年到 2012 年间的 6 期 DMSP / OLS 夜间灯光数据,采用基于统计数据的二分比较法,对武汉市建成区进行提取 . 利用建设用地扩张幅度、建设用地增长类型、城市扩张速度、城市扩展方向、城市外围轮廓的紧凑度等指标分析了武汉建设用地扩张的规律和特点 . 结果表明:武汉市建成区总体扩张幅 度 为152. 2% ,增长速度经历了“慢 - 快 - 慢”的交替,城市分布中心主要向东南移动,建成区的紧凑度先减小后增大 . 此外,通过相关性分析证明经济发展、人口和城市化之间存在强烈正相关 .

     

    Abstract: Night-time light data from 1997 to 2012 and two points method based on statistical data were used to extract the build-up areas of the city Wuhan. Indexes including the urban land expansion, the construction land growth type, the speed of urban land expansion, the urban expansion direction and the compactness of the city boundary were used to analysis the rules of construction land expansion of Wuhan. Research shows that: the overall expansion rate of construction land is 152.2%; the expansion experiences the speed of "slow-fast-slow"; the distribution of the city center moves to the Southeast; the compactness of the built-up area decreases first and then increases. There is a strong positive correlation between the development level, the agricultural population and the city spatial expansion.
