低温对两种油茶的生理生态效应

The Physiological and Ecological Effecton Two Species Camellia oleifera Induced by Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 以广西油茶和湖南油茶为试验材料,研究在温度梯度下,两种油茶幼苗叶的最大光化学效率( F v /F m )和油茶中过氧化氢酶( CAT )、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD )、过氧化物酶( POD )等抗氧化物酶的酶活性变化 . 结果表明:(1 )温度使两种油茶的最大光化学效率( F v / F m )有所下降,但影响不明显 .(2 )低温处理后,广西油茶过氧化氢酶活性在 20℃ 时最高,湖南油茶过氧化氢酶活性在 15℃ 时最高;两种油茶中的超氧化物歧化酶活性均在 20℃ 时最高;广西油茶中过氧化物酶活性在 15℃ 时最高,湖南油茶过氧化物酶活性在 10℃ 时最高 .

     

    Abstract: To explore the low temperature on the physiological ecology of two differential effect, selection of Guangxi and Hunan differential both excellent camellia as materials, research under the temperature gradient, the two kinds of seedling leaves of the maximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) and three kinds of antioxidant enzymes in Camellia oleifera peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the changes of enzyme activity of antioxidant enzymes. Results showed that: (1) The temperature to make two oil-tea maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) decreased, but the impact is not obvious; (2) After low temperature treatment, the catalase(CAT) activity of Guangxi camellia is the highest in 20 ℃,the catalase(CAT) activity of Hunan camellia is the highest in 15 ℃,the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activityin of two kinds of camellia is the highest in 20 ℃,the peroxidase(POD) activity of Guangxi camellia  is the highest in 15 ℃ ,the peroxidase(POD) activity of Hunan camellia is the highest in 10 ℃.
