  • 摘要: 用荧光光谱法研究Cu2+、Fe3+、Zn2+对香豆素-3-羧酸与牛血清白蛋白( BSA )相互作用的影响 . 结果表明:三种金属离子均能增强香豆素 -3- 羧酸对 BSA 的荧光猝灭及两者的结合作用,使体系的荧光猝灭常数、结合常数增大; Zn2+ 的存在没有改变两者的作用力类型,仍以疏水作用力为主,Cu2+ 、Fe3+ 存在下,作用力变为以静电引力为主 . 表明 Cu2+ 、Fe3+ 、Zn2+ 对香豆素-3- 羧酸与牛血清白蛋白的作用有重要影响 .

     

    Abstract: The effect of Cu2+,Fe3+,Zn2+on the interaction between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and coumarin-3-carboxylic acid was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that three metal ions have effect on the quenching and combination of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid on BSA, and both the quenching constants and binding constants increased. The hydrophobic effect played an important role in the binding process of two compounds and the type did not changed in the presence of Zn2+. The driving force changed to electrostatic interaction in the presence of Cu2+and Fe3+. It indicated that Cu2+,Fe3+and Zn2+had important influence on the interaction between coumarin-3-carboxylic acid and BSA.
