双线盾构隧道下穿对输水暗涵影响的数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Twin Shield Tunnels under⁃crossing Influence on Buried Culvert

  • 摘要: 为研究双线盾构隧道下穿对输水暗涵的影响,以合理选择加固方案,基于工程实际相关参数建模,采用FLAC 3D对未加固、仅隧道围岩加固、仅暗涵区间地层加固、隧道围岩和暗涵区间地层联合加固4种方案进行了数值模拟研究,对数值模拟结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:上述4种方案施工引起的暗涵最大沉降值分别为26.3 mm、14.5 mm、12.7 mm和6.8 mm,未加固方案暗涵管段存在明显的应力集中,前两种方案变形缝部位出现塑性区,后两种方案暗涵变形缝部位无塑性区.联合加固方案对减少暗涵结构及地表沉降效果显著.

     

    Abstract: For studying the influence of the twin shield tunnel under-crossing on the buried culverts and offering the suitable reinforcement method, based on the real project construction parameters, the FLAC3D was adopted to numerically simulate the effects of unreinforced, only stratum surrounding culverts reinforced, only stratum around tunnels reinforced, and both strata around culverts and tunnels reinforced on buried culvert, and the results of numerical simulation were compared and analyzed. It was induced by above-mentioned methods respectively  that the largest vertical deformation of buried culvert is 26.3 mm,14.5 mm,12.7 mm and 6.8 mm, there was obvious stress concentration exiting on the culvert sections for the unreinforced method, there were the plastic zones appearing on the culvert deformation joints for the  former two methods, and there were not plastic zones appearing on the culvert deformation joints for the latter two reinforced methods. The last improvement method was very effective for reducing the deformation of culvert structures and surface subsidence.
