Abstract: Zero claim customers in Vehicle Insurance was studied in this paper. Based on the real data, the excellent customers, potential risk customers and their ratio in zero claim customers were presented by combining with the analysis of the structure and the idea of the zero-inflated Poisson model. Using this method to analyze the results, a theoretical basis was provided for the insurer to grasp the random risk information about zero claim customers in the vehicle insurance.
