通过表面修饰提高 Z n O 纳米棒的气敏选择性与灵敏度
Preparation and Surface Decoration of Zn ONanorods for Highlyelective and Sensing Gas Detection

摘要: 对化学水浴法制备的六方纤锌矿Z n O纳米棒,分别采用A g、N i O以及C u O纳米颗粒进行了表面修饰处理,研究了表面修饰对Z n O纳米棒的气敏选择性、 敏感性的作用.结果表明,经过表面修饰的Z n O纳米棒的气敏综合性能有了显著的改善,不仅材料的灵敏度得到了明显提高,而且, C u O修饰的Z n O纳米棒对硫化氢气体有很高的选择性.Abstract: ZnO nanorods with hexagonal wurtzite structure were synthesized by the facile chemical bath deposition method. In order to alter their gas response towards the various test gases, the surfaces of ZnO nanorods were decorated with different nanoparticles, such as Ag, CuO and NiO. The gas response and selectivity of the surface modification of ZnO nanorods were investigated. The results showed that their gas sensing performances were improved obviously after the surface decoration. Especially, the ZnO nanorods decorated by CuO nanoparticles have the higher selectivity and sensitivity to hydrogen sulfide gas than the other test gases.
