贫营养细菌净化微污染水体的筛选

摘要: 从南阳医专周围的水样和土样中培养出3 7株细菌,经分离筛选得到兼性贫营养细菌9 B ,测量了9 B对微污染水的C O D M n值的影响,并检测其对污水中有机质的降解程度.结果表明,菌株9 B对微污染水中C O D M n的降解率7d达到8 1. 2 5% ,水质与处理前相比,透明度明显提高.饥饿耐受实验结果表明,该菌株可在低营养环境中长期存活.Abstract: One facultative oligotrophic bacteria 9B was isolated and screened from the different water samples around Nanyang Medical College to measure the change of CODMn in minor-polluted water and check organic degradation extent of the strain in polluted water. The results showed that the COD Mn degradation rate of the strain 9B in minor-polluted water reached 81.25% in seven days. Water became more transparent than that prior to disposal. The starvation resistance experiment revealed the strain can long live under low-nutrient conditions.
