Abstract:
The outer soil and inner soil were modeled as the continuous distribution spring and damper, and obtained the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of Winkler foundation model by solving the vertical vibration of layered soil. By considering the layered characteristics of soil, the relationship of the displacement and axial force between the pile head and pile bottom were established with the transfer matrix method, and the complex stiffness at pipe pile head was got by considering the boundary conditions. The influences of thickness of pipe pile, pile-soil shear modulus ratio, shear modulus ratio of inner soil and outer soil, thickness of soil layer and shear modulus of soil layer on the lateral vibration of a single pile in layered soil were investigated with numerical example
