Abstract: Considering the image of Xinyang Maojian Tea,   the color feature parameters of the image samples were extracted by applying the digital image preprocessing method, the characteristic parameters and the relationship between the level of Xinyang Maojian Tea were analyzed. The results can provide  technical support to the research of Xinyang Maojian Tea classification.
