基于DSP直流无刷电机控制系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization for Brushless DC Motor Control System Based on DSP

  • 摘要: 介绍了有位置传感器的无刷直流电机的工作原理和控制系统组成,设计了基于TMS320F28335控制器和IR21366功率驱动芯片的控制驱动系统,详细介绍了系统各部分接口电路设计方案和实现功能.根据无刷直流电机转速控制的特点,设计了转速和电流两个调节器,采用积分分离PID控制算法有效减小了超调量.实验结果表明,该系统可靠、响应速度快,达到了良好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: The working principle and control system of the brushless DC motor with position sensor were introduced. A control and drive system based on TMS320F28335 microcontroller and IR21366 power driving chip was designed. The design scheme and realization of the interface circuit of each part for the system were discussed in details. According to the characteristics of the speed control of Brushless DC motor, the speed regulator and current regulator were designed. The integral separated PID control algorithm was adopted to reduce the speed overshoot effectively. The test results indicated that the system had higher reliability, faster response, and better performance index of control effect.
