氧化镁湿法烟气脱硫的工艺优化研究

Research on the Process Optimization of Magnesia FGD

  • 摘要: 基于氧化镁湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)工艺研究及应用中存在的问题,对影响氧化镁法脱硫效率的循环吸收液pH值、烟气量、SO2浓度、液气比、镁硫摩尔比等参数进行了单因素实验,得出各参数对脱硫效率影响的规律,通过正交试验得出脱硫效率最高的工艺方案.结果表明:循环吸收液pH值为5.0,烟气量为325000m3·h-1,烟气中SO2浓度为1100mg·m-3,液气比为4.7,镁硫摩尔比为1.4,此时脱硫效率高达95.8%.

     

    Abstract: In this work,various experimental parameters were optimized including the absorption liquid pH value, flue gas flow rate, concentration of sulfur dioxide, liquid-gas ratio, and Mg2+/S etc. The effect of the operating parameters on the desulphurization efficiency was analyzed. According to the results of single factors test, orthogonal test scheme was designed. The results provided the optimum control parameters and operation mode to improve the efficiency and the availability of FGD. The optimal proposal was 5.0 pH value of the absorption liquid, 325 000 m3/h of the flue gas flow rates, 1100 mg/m3 of the concentration of sulfur dioxide, 4.7 of the liquid-gas ratio and 1.4 of the Mg2+/S was. Under the  optimum condition, the desulfurization efficiency could reach 95.8%.
