Abstract:
This work developed an efficient method for the synthesis of 2-amino-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile derivatives from aromatic aldehydes or isatins,5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione and malononitrile.The desired products were obtained with high yields in ethanol at room temperature,and structure of all compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR and elemental analysis.The results showed that this method had advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple operation,convenient post-processing,high yield,and environment-friendly.
