无催化剂下2-氨基-3-氰基-5-氧代-5,四氢色烯衍生物的三组分合成

Catalyst-Free Three-component Reactions Synthesis of 2-Amino-3- cyano-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene Derivatives

  • 摘要: 发展了一种无催化剂下的芳醛或靛红与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮、丙二腈的三组分“一锅”反应合成系列2-氨基-3-氰基-5-氧代-5,6,7,8-四氢色烯的方法.该方法以乙醇为溶剂,室温下三组分“一锅”反应即可以得到良好以上产率的目标化合物,并利用1HNMR,13CNMR和元素分析等对合成的化合物结构进行了表征.该方法具有实验条件温和、实验操作及产物后处理简单、产率高,对环境友好等优点.

     

    Abstract: This work developed an efficient method for the synthesis of 2-amino-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile derivatives from aromatic aldehydes or isatins,5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione and malononitrile.The desired products were obtained with high yields in ethanol at room temperature,and structure of all compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR and elemental analysis.The results showed that this method had advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple operation,convenient post-processing,high yield,and environment-friendly.
