Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Complex  \Co(chedc)(4,4′-bpt)2(H2O)3\NO3 ·H2O

  • 摘要: 以顺-4-环己烯-1,2-二羧酸(chedc)、3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三氮唑(4,4'-bpt)、六水合硝酸钴为原料,通过室温条件下自然挥发得到一个单核Co(II)的配合物Co(chedc)(4,4'-bpt)2(H2O)3NO3H2O(1),其结构经IR、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射进行表征.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=1.198(2)nm,b=1.361(3)nm,c=2.202(4)nm,β =92.65(3)°,V=3.584(12)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.499g·cm-3,F(000)=1676,R1=0.0627,ωR2=0.1190.

     

    Abstract: A novel mononuclear complex, \Co(chedc)(4,4′-bpt)2(H2O)3\NOH2O (1), was synthesized by reaction of cis-4-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, 1H-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole and Co(NO3)2·6H2O by natural evaporation at room temperature. The structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The complex belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a =1.198(2) nm, b =1.361(3) nm, c=2.202(4) nm, β =92.65(3) °, V =3.584(12) nm3, Z= 4, Dc=1.499 g·cm-3, F(000)=1676, R1=0.0627, ωR2 =0.1190.
