Green Enrichment and Extraction Separation of Mercury in Rhodamine B-NaCl-n-propanol-Water Solution by Phase Separation

  • 摘要: 研究了罗丹明 B -N a C l - 丙醇体系萃取汞的新方法 . 探讨了罗丹明 B 的浓度、 N a C l 的浓度、 丙醇的浓度和酸度等对H g( Ⅱ )萃取的影响, 确定了萃取分离H g( Ⅱ ) 的最佳条件, 并讨论了H g( Ⅱ ) 的萃取机理 . 当溶液中罗丹明 B 、 N a C l 和丙醇的浓度分别为 0.2 7g / L 、 1 6 0g/ L 和 3 0 % (V / V ) 时,H g( Ⅱ ) 的萃取率达到9 8 . 0% 以上, 实现了H g( Ⅱ ) 与 P b ( Ⅱ ) 、 Z n ( Ⅱ ) 、I r ( Ⅳ ) 、 N i ( Ⅱ ) 、A g( Ⅰ ) 、 R h ( Ⅲ ) 、 C u ( Ⅱ ) 、 C r (I I I ) 、M g( Ⅱ ) 、 F e( Ⅲ ) 、 A l ( Ⅲ )和 C o ( Ⅱ ) 离子定量分离 .

     

    Abstract: A novel method for the extraction and separation of Hg(Ⅱ)  in  Rhodamine B-NaCl-n-propanol system was developed. The effects of concentrations of Rhodamine B, NaCl,n-propanoland acidity etc on the extraction of Hg(Ⅱ) have been investigated.The possible extraction separation mechanism of Hg(Ⅱ) was discussed.  When the concentrations of Rhodamine B, NaCl and n-propanol in solution were 0.27 g/L,160 g/L and 30 %(V/V), respectively, Hg(Ⅱ) could be quantitatively separated from Pb(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Ir(Ⅳ), Ni(Ⅱ), Ag(Ⅰ), Rh(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Cr(III), Mg(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Al(Ⅲ) and Co(Ⅱ) by extraction,and values of extraction percentage of Hg(Ⅱ) were over 98.0%.
