电化学辅助制备锌基超疏水表面
Electrochemically Assisted Construction of Superhydrophobic Surface on Zinc Substrate

摘要: 采用电解浸泡的方法以锌为基底制备超疏水表面, 利用扫描电子显微镜( S EM ) 、 接触角测试仪对其进行形貌和疏水性的表征分析, 并对制备过程中电解时间, 电解液( 豆蔻酸的乙醇溶液) 浓度等条件的最优情况及材料的抗酸碱性进行研究 . 结果表明: 电解液浓度为 0.0 1m o l / L , 电解时间为 6 0m i n 条件下制备出接触角良好的锌基超疏水表面样品, 且样品具有良好的抗酸碱性 .Abstract: A simple one-step electrodeposition process was developed for the fabrication of the super-hydrophobic surface on the substrate of zinc. The morphology and hydrophobicity of the prepared surface were carefully studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the contact angle meter. The influence of electrolysis time and concentration of the electrolyte (the ethanol solution of myristic acid) and the anticorrosive properties were studied. The results showed that the surface which possessed high water contact angle and excellent anticorrosive properties could be fabricated with the electrolysis time of 60 min and the electrolyte of 0.01 mol/L.
