Catalytic Performance of MnOx-Fe2O3 Catalyst for Formaldehyde Oxidation at Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 利用共沉淀法合成了一种 M n O x - F e2 O 3 催化剂, 该催化剂具有低温氧化甲醛的特点, HCHO 完全转化温度为 8 0℃. 研究了温度、 空速、 氧含量、 入口 HCHO 含量对催化剂性能的影响 .5 0 0h 寿命试验发现催化剂活性下降 .F T I R 表征结果表明碳酸盐化是导致催化剂失活的主要原因 .

     

    Abstract: MnOx-Fe2O3 mixed oxides prepared by coprecipitation method were investigated for the complete oxidation of formaldehyde. The catalyst showed 100% formaldehyde conversion at a temperature as low as 80 ℃. The effect of reaction temperature, space velocity, inlet formaldehyde and O2 content on the catalytic behavior of the MnOx-Fe2O3 mixed oxides were further examined. The life test of the catalyst for 500 hours showed that the catalytic activity of the MnOx-Fe2O3 was unstable. The FTIR analyses suggested that carbonatation was the main reason for catalyst deactivation.
