B i P O 4 负载聚吡咯的纳米异质结制备及其光催化性能研究

Preparation of BiPO 4-Polypyrrole Heterojunction Material  and Its Photocatalytic Performance

  • 摘要: 通过水热法及自由基聚合反应制备了负载有聚吡咯的 B i P O 4 纳米异质结粉体材料, 并通过紫外及可见光降解甲基蓝研究了其光催化性能 . 利用扫描电子显微镜( S EM ) 、 热失重实验( T G A ) 、 红外光谱( IR ) 、 紫外可见( UV - V i s ) 、X 射线衍射( X R D ) 等手段对产物的微观形貌、 晶体结构与化学性质进行表征 . 制备的样品在进行 0.5h 的预吸附后, 通过使用负载不同质量聚吡咯的复合材料分别在紫外及可见光照射下进行 3h 及 6h的光催化降解实验, 发现甲基蓝的最高去除率分别为 7 8.2% 和 7 9. 3%.

     

    Abstract: BiPO4-polypyrrole heterojunction material was successfully prepared by using hydrothermal method and the free radical polymerization processes. Its photocatalytic capacity was studied by using ultraviolet and visible light degradation of methyl blue as a model dye. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Infrared spectra (IR), Ultraviolet visible (UV-Vis) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and other characterizations were employed here to analyze the micro-structure and chemical properties of as-prepared materials. BiPO4-polypyrrole nano-composites with different content of polypyrrole were used in our photocatalytic degradation experiment under UV or visible light irradiation for 3 h or 6 h, and the highest removal ratio of methyl blue in aqueous solution was  78.2% and  79.3%, respectively.
