Abstract: The annuli characteristic of scales, vertebrae, main opercular and otolith of  Acrossocheilus parallens（Nichols）were observed.The results showed that scale partition was clear, ring plate was U-shaped, ring main type for the density, cutting model was relatively rare,occasional vice annuli, etc. Vertebrae under incident light were alternating concentric rings of light and shade lines, but near the center of rings were harder to distinguish. Main opercular was L-shaped ring with parallel distribution of alternating light and dark, annual ring features at the corner of the L-shaped or its nearby was obvious, but some opercular can’t be seen the wheel. The otolith rings around the center of nuclear were arranged arc shape, round grain characteristic in the area was more significant. Scales can be used as more appropriate age verification material, vertebrae, main opercular and otolith can be used for auxiliary appraisal.
