Effects of Different Environmental Factors on the Extracellular Polysaccharide Exudation of WTHXScytonema javanicum

  • 摘要: 以一种从荒漠土壤中分离的典型丝状蓝藻— — 爪哇伪枝藻为材料, 在实验室条件下研究了温度、盐度、p H和培养时间对爪哇伪枝藻胞外多糖分泌的影响 . 结果表明: 随培养温度升高, 伪枝藻胞外多糖分泌量逐渐升高, 在 3 5℃ 时达到最大值; 在一定盐度范围内, 胞外多糖分泌随盐度的增大而增大;p H在 7.5 时, 胞外多糖产量显著高于酸性和碱性条件下的胞外多糖产量; 随着培养时间延长, 伪枝藻胞外多糖分泌逐渐增大 .

     

    Abstract: A typical desert filamentous canobacteria, Scytonema javanicum, isolated from desert soil, was selected for research material. Under the laboratory conditions, some environmental factors such as temperatures, salinity, pH and culture time were selected for experimental treatments, and detected the effects of the above environmental factors on the extracellular polysaccharide(EPS) exudation of S. javanicum. The results indicated that with the culture temperature increasing, S.javanicum had higher EPS exudation, and at 35℃ the algae obtained the most EPS production. When salinity was between 0.05 mol/L NaCl to 2.0 mol/L NaCl, the EPS production of S.javanicum increased with the enhancement of salinity.  When the pH of media was maintained at 7.5, there was the highest EPS production for S.javanicum than the EPS production of algal cells under other treatments of pH
