Abstract:
The body difficulty of new grade prescriptive movement in Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics was analyzed by using the methods including documents consulting,analysis on movement video and interviewing with experts. The theoretic basis of training for specified grade exercises in Rhythmic Gymnastics was provided from four aspects: the number of body difficulty, the type of body difficulty, the value of body difficulty, and the using of instrument combine with body difficulty. The result of study indicated the body difficulty quantity of new specified grade exercise was higher than the old specified grade exercise greatly. The new specified grade exercise mainly based on different instrument and the different bodily difficulty type. The movement value had very big enhancement. The instrument used with body difficulty turned towards “difficulty, new, danger” athletics rank direction, and body difficulty and instrument used turned to integrate
