Abstract:
With the total recycled coarse aggregate replacement, the influence of recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio and glazed hollow bead volume replacement on thermal insulation & recycled concrete were studied by experimental tests. The cubic compressive strength, thermal conductivity and density of 28 d aged concrete specimen were tested, the experimental results were analyzed, and the mix proportion design of thermal insulation & recycled concrete was optimized with 28 d cubic compressive strength and thermal conductivity consideration. The results showed that: the cubic compressive strength, thermal conductivity and density decreased with the increase of glazed hollow bead volume replacement, their relationship was polynomial fitting; the mix proportion with recycled fine aggregate 50% replacement and the glazed hollow bead 110% volume replacement was the optimized design
