Abstract:
The solid superacid catalysts of SO
42-/TiO
2 and SO
42-/TiO
2/HZSM- 5 were prepared by precipitation-maceration, for dealing with catalystcracking diesel, contrasted the catalytic performance by adjusting the composition and imporving the stability of diesel. The crystal structure, acid center, specific surface area and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, Py-IR, BET and SEM. The results showed that the transparency of the diesel which was dealt with SO
42-/TiO
2/HZSM- 5 reached 93%. The composition of the dealt diesel had a 30.74% increase in alkane levels and a 22.70% decrease in impurity as gelatin compared with the undealt . So the cetane value and the stability of diesel were both improved
