Abstract:
Contents of wild and cultivated Dendrobium officinale were separated and analyzed by GC-MS with sample introduction of the solid-phase microextraction fibers. The results showed that 97 and 80 chemical components are isolated and identified separately from the wild and cultivated D. officinale, which accounted for 96.0% both of the total essential oils. The wild and cultivated D. officinale have 60 identical volatile chemical composition that largely includes linalool, decanal, ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene and so on
