SPME-GC-MS 法比较野生和栽培铁皮石斛的挥发性成分

Comparison of  Aroma Components from Wild and Cultivated Dendrobium officinale by GC-MS with Solid-phase Microextraction

  • 摘要: 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,气质联用(GC- MS)法分析野生和栽培铁皮石斛的挥发性成分. 从野生和栽培铁皮石斛中, 分别鉴定出 97 种和80 种挥发性成分, 相对含量均占总离子峰的 96.0%, 具有60个相同的化合物, 主要成分均包含芳樟醇、 癸醛、 对映- 海松- 8(14),15- 二烯等化合物.

     

    Abstract: Contents of wild and cultivated Dendrobium officinale were separated and analyzed by GC-MS with sample introduction of the solid-phase microextraction fibers. The results showed that 97 and 80 chemical components are isolated and identified separately from the wild and cultivated D. officinale, which accounted for 96.0% both of the total essential oils. The wild and cultivated D. officinale have 60 identical volatile chemical composition that largely includes linalool, decanal, ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene and so on
