Abstract: The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Dipsacus asper and salt-processed was established on an Agilent C₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm） column with isocratic elution of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature of 25 ℃. There were 29 common peaks which referred to asperosaponin Ⅵ.The results showed that the method was repeatable, exclusive and could provide scientific basis for quality control of Gentiana rhodantha
