Abstract:
The hGCCs were treated with different concentration of lycorisradiata alkali (5、2.5、1.25 μmol/L respectively), growth status were observed by the inverted microscope, and proliferation rate were count by hemocytometer, the proportion of hGCCs in different cell cycles were detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that the proliferation of hGCCs was suppressed by treated with lycorisradiata alkali, the most obvious suppressed of hGCCs was 5 μmol/L treatment group. Through microscopic observation and counting analysis results, it has been found that the vitality of hGCCs was the lowest and the cells apoptosis was the most obvious by treated of 5 μmol/L lycorisradiata alkali. The result of cell cycle detection revealed that by treated with lycorisradiata alkali, the reproduction of hGCCs became slow and cell cycle became extended
