Abstract: 〗The influences of magnetizing water using frequency-conversion magnetic field on cement’s vigor were studied for the first time, the effect degrees of the different factor was measured quantitatively by using the “activity coefficient” of magnetizing water on cement. The interaction effect of the factors was considered and the factors relativity was analyzed, the optimum matching programs were found. The experimental results  showed that the mixed two kinds of cements using magnetizing water in the optimum matching programs increased their vigor by 20.668% and 16.039%, respectively, the effects are obvious.
