壳聚糖交联酸改性粉煤灰的制备及对Mn2+的吸附性能研究

Research on the Preparation of Chitosan Crosslinked Acid Modified Fly Ash and Its Adsorption to Mn2+

  • 摘要: 以壳聚糖和酸改性粉煤灰为原料,制备壳聚糖交联酸改性粉煤灰吸附剂.利用SEM、XRD、FTIR对其结构进行表征,考察其制备及吸附条件对Mn2+去除率的影响.结果表明:制备时,当壳聚糖与酸改性粉煤灰的质量比为1∶10,交联剂用量为2 mL/g;吸附时,废水pH为9,吸附时间为90 min,吸附剂用量为10 g/L时,Mn2+去除率为98.7%

     

    Abstract: The chitosan crosslinked acid modified fly ash adsorbent was prepared. Structure of the absorbent was characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR ,and the influence of the preparation and the adsorption conditions on the removal rate of Mn2 + were studied. The results showed that the removal rate was 98.7% when the mass ration of the chitosan to acid modified fly ash was 1∶10, the dosage of crosslinking agent of 2 mL/g,at the pH value of waste water of 9, adsorption time of 90 min, and the mass of adsorbent of 10g/L.
