Abstract: The correlative concept, the properties and the influence factors of the general population and the inbreeding population were analyzed as well as the dynamic trend of the genotypic frequencies and the effects of panmixis rate and the panmictic index on the genotypic frequency. The results showed that the general mating and the inbreeding are different mating pattern, the property of the panmixis rate and the panmictic index is different, three genotypic frequencies of the general population tend to balance gradually in different generations, the dynamic state of three genotypic frequencies for the inbreeding population is that the inbreeding coefficient is equal to 1, the relationship between the panmixis rate and the genotypic frequency is curvilinear correlation, and the relationship between the inbreeding coefficient and the genotypic frequency is linear correlation.
