Abstract:
Human salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC-M) cells in vitro were treated by using 0 (control group), 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 μmol·L
-1 icotinib hydrochloride, respectively ,and the morphology change of ACCM cells were observed after 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 h. Using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT method) to test the inhibition rate of ACCM cells effected by different concentrations of icotinib hydrochloride in different time span. According to the results, the ACC-M cells become smaller, with the cytoplasmic shriveled, intercellular space expanded, intracellular particles increased, and adherent cells turning round, floating. Icotinib hydrochloride restrains the proliferation of ACCM cells.
