Abstract:
A novel electrochemical sensor was fabricated for acetaminophen determination based on poly(glutamic acid)/multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of acetaminophen on the modified electrode were investigated. The experimental results showed that the electrochemical respond of acetaminophen at the modified electrode was significantly improved in phosphate buffer solutions (pH 7.0). Thconcentration of acetaminophen showed good linear relationships with the peak current in the range of 2.0×10
