Abstract: Firstly, it was pointed out that the statistics principle is a basic principle of quantum mechanics and whole physics. Next, the non-equilibrium statistics and some applications of statistics were discussed and then various statistical equations and the relative quantum theories were investigated. Finally, the statistics at high energy and corresponding new characteristics were discussed.
