不同材料对宜昌弱膨胀土膨胀性的改良效果研究

The Swelling Experimental Research of Different Materials-Treated Weak Expansive Soil of Yichang

  • 摘要: 在不同掺入量及不同上覆荷载作用下,对不同材料改良膨胀土的有荷膨胀率进行了试验研究.结果表明,石灰、水泥、粉煤灰、风化砂4种材料均能有效遏制膨胀土的有荷膨胀率,不同的上覆荷载和不同的掺入量对有荷膨胀率的影响较大.随着上覆荷载的增加,各改良膨胀土的有荷膨胀率逐渐减小,说明了增大上覆荷载能较好地抑制膨胀土的膨胀变形.随着各材料掺入量的增加,有荷膨胀率逐渐减小,但减小的幅度有所不同.通过分析试验数据可以看出,当改良材料掺入量最大时,在各级荷载作用下,风化砂改良膨胀土的有荷膨胀率减小量最大,其后依次是石灰、水泥、粉煤灰;当上覆荷载由0增大到75 kPa时,不同改良材料在不同掺入量下,有荷膨胀率减小量最大的是石灰,其次是水泥,再次是粉煤灰,最后是风化砂

     

    Abstract: The inflation ratio of different materials modified expansive soil was studied under the different mixing and overlying load. The results showed that four materials (lime, cement, fly ash, weathered sand) can effectively curb the expansive soil inflation ratio, different overlying load and different incorporation have great effects on the inflation ratio. With the increase in the load of the overlying, the inflation ratio of the improved expansive soil gradually decreases, which indicated that the overlying load can inhibit the expansion of expansive soil deformation. With the increase in the amount of incorporation of the respective materials, the inflation ratio decreases gradually, but the reduced amplitude was different. It can be seen from the analysis of the test data that  when the improved materials incorporation loads at all levels, weathered sand expansive soil improved the inflation ratio decreases the largest amount, followed by lime, cement, fly ash; when the overlying load increased from 0 to 75 kPa, the improved materials in different incorporation inflation ratio decreases the amount of lime, followed by cement, fly ash and weathered sand.
