Abstract: Based on open selective Vice Section Chief (Bureau) class cadres comprehensive written test of H District of Z City as samples, according to the Test Statistical Analysis Method, the elective KeJuJi leading cadres comprehensive subject component of written test papers structure has carried on the comprehensive analysis, the paper attempts to carry out a preliminary discussion of the structure design principle and the basis on the test papers. It provides technical support to enhance the credibility of cadre open selection, in which from the six structures modle  designs of target,content, question types, difficulty, scores and TL(time limit).
