Abstract: An automation platform suitable for Public Information Technology was presented, and the  system architecture and data storage were deeply investigated. System management, user job, computer interaction， resource sharing functions and the automation process for system data were realized. At the same time, the system emphasized the interest of active learning and creative ability for the users by introducing the opening selflearning mode, which made up for the deficiency of some applications.
